The challenge
A report nobody read
The previous annual report was an 84-page PDF in single-column body text. Donors received it, opened it, closed it. They wanted something readable standing in the room and navigable on a phone.

Minimal identity refresh
We didn't change the logo. We adjusted typography, palette, and a grid system that holds both print and screen.

48 pages, two columns, documentary photography, figures treated as editorial content.

Same content, scroll navigation, charts animated with Motion, downloadable as accessible PDF.
