Identity and packaging system for a Dominican specialty coffee ready to scale from a single retail location to nationwide distribution.
From local roaster to shelf brand
The coffee was excellent — but the bag looked like a weekend craft. They needed a system that could hold its own next to international brands on the shelves of Nacional, La Sirena, and premium cafés, without losing its origin soul.
Modular system by origin and method

Brand architecture
A parent brand with origin sub-brands (Jarabacoa, Constanza, Polo). Each origin keeps the same visual structure, varying only color and method code.

Packaging system
Three sizes (250g, 500g, 1kg), four roast methods, clear typographic indicators. Printable nationwide without special-cost runs.

Point of sale
Shelf display, barista cupping cards, and a QR linking to the lot's profile on the site.
